Personnel

Terry Zipper is the President and CEO of PCi. He founded the company in 1978 after a career as a radiation oncology physicist. Terry is certified in both diagnostic and radiation therapy physics by the American Board of Radiology. He is a contributing member to the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, and is on the American College of Radiology Accreditation Committee for Ultrasound. Terry has also chaired the Maine Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners and conducts various radiation physics trainings, seminars, and teaches courses throughout New England.

Nicky Hamann is the Vice President and Administrative Director of PCi. She has been with the company for over 25 years, and has more than 30 years of experience in the administrative side of health care and radiation physics consulting. Nicky has played an integral role in the development of PCi . Her professionalism, organization, and knowledge of the industry continue to be a source of pride for PCi and a valuable resource for our clients.

Patton Griggs joined PCi as a physicist in 1992. She has over 30 years of experience, primarily in the area of radiation oncology physics. Patton is on the Advisory Board for Southern Maine Community College’s Radiation Therapy and teaches numerous radiation physics courses.

Ron Ouellette is the Senior Physicist at PCi. Before coming to PCi in 1994, Ron was the Chief Radiation Oncology Physicist at the Eliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. He is certified in diagnostic and therapy physics by the American Board of Radiology. Ron's areas of expertise include ACR image acquisition, nuclear medicine, and quality control of all imaging modalities. Ron also teaches nuclear medicine physics at the Central Maine Medical Center school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.

Tom Persico joined PCi as a radiation physics specialist in 2000. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of radiation therapy and nuclear medicine. Tom is a Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Certified Medical Dosimetrist. He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists.

Ed Cheever has been a physicist at PCi since 2005. His areas of expertise are ultrasound QC testing, ACR accreditation and diagnostic compliance testing. Ed also beta-tests new computer programs. Spending most of his days on the road, he has the honor of driving more business miles than any other PCI physicist.

Sara Perry has been an administrative assistant at PCi since 2006. She has years of experience in the administrative world and is a great asset to the company. Sara is responsible for client scheduling, a formidable task with over six hundred clients. She also uses her computer skills to update forms and build and modify databases. Ryan Zipper joined PCi as a physicist in 2008. He also serves as Director of Marketing and Development for the company. His background in economics as well as physics gives him multiple skills to promote PCI’s services. In addition to this website, Ryan’s current projects include broadening our client base, and developing a laser safety program for our clients. You will see Ryan on the road performing periodic QC testing on various imaging modalities and performing Nuclear Medicine site visits.
